Cancellation & Modification Policy
24-Hour Flexibility: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it at no extra cost. After 24 hours, the following conditions apply:
Adjustments After 24 Hours: A 10% fee will be applied for changes made after 24 hours of placing the order but before shipping.
Damage & Dissatisfaction
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered in terms of image, size, or frame, we offer immediate replacements. Contact us at support@nayubi.com with photos of the damage or discrepancy, and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
Color/Size Dissatisfaction & Change of Mind: We recommend thoroughly measuring your space and assessing the color scheme before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit. If you are dissatisfied with the color, size, or have a change of mind, returns or exchanges will incur a 20% restocking/processing fee. Please note that colors might vary slightly from your screen to the actual product due to differences in display settings. Using a high-quality display can help achieve a more accurate color representation.
Custom and Promotional Items
Custom-made and promotional items, including those made from images you upload, are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are produced precisely according to your uploaded design without any modifications, making them unique to your specifications.
Return Process
If you need to return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@nayubi.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for our customer support team to provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and include any documentation provided by our support team.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Note that we do not offer prepaid return labels, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
